Kansas City Public Library's Tech Access is hosting a drop-in service where patrons can speak to a Tech Coach and get answers to questions about:

• Recovering a password

• Broken computer or phone
• Settings on your computer or phone
• Computer equipment
• Downloading and uploading
• Filling out online applications for a job, health care, legal forms, taxes
